Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Branded, you may be eligible or not eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy

After you submit a dispute, you and the supplier have 3 to 30 days to negotiate. Due to time constraints, Branded is unable to mediate your refund request three days before you submit it. We greatly appreciate your understanding. From the fourth day onward, if you and the seller still cannot reach an agreement on the refund plan, Branded is willing to do its best to provide valuable customers with high-quality assistance.
You can click Contact Us on Branded and write your message to mediate and request Branded's assistance or continue negotiating with the supplier.

1. Kind reminder: During the negotiation period, both parties need to respond to each other's proposals within 5 days, otherwise the dispute will automatically escalate (if the supplier fails to respond in a timely manner) or be cancelled (if the buyer fails to respond in a timely manner).

2. Once your case is escalated to Branded, the decision maker for your refund will be Branded. Branded has a connection with a variety of professionally trained dispute teams to handle refunds. The dispute team will definitely handle the case fairly and justly, and do their best to protect the rights and interests of every user.

3. Branded will also serve as a mediator for any disputes that remain unresolved after 30 days of initial opening.
Note:

1. You can cancel the dispute on the Contact Us by writing a message before case escalation or requesting the Branded dispute team to cancel the dispute after case escalation.

2. The branded dispute team will respond to your case in 3 working days normally.
